We may collect data you provide on the site, such as Discord name, Discord ID, email, character name, application answers, purchased products, redemption tokens and administrative records needed to manage the service.
How we use data
We use this data to manage applications, Discord authentication, panel access, the store, cart, orders, in-game deliveries, support and community safety.
Discord login
When you sign in with Discord, we only receive data authorized through Discord OAuth, such as your identifier, public name and information needed to confirm roles in the server.
Payments and store
Payments may be processed by external services such as Stripe. The site stores order information and purchase status, but does not store full card details.
Tokens and deliveries
Product tokens are linked to your account and the matching order. Once redeemed, they are marked as used to prevent reuse.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share information only when needed for technical operation, payment, legal compliance or server protection.
Retention
We keep data while it is needed to manage the community, orders, purchase history, security, auditing or legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request clarification, correction or removal of data when applicable through the official Discord. Some data may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction history reasons.
Security
